Role Overview
The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admission process—from initial inquiry to course enrollment. You will understand student needs, counsel them on the right programs, and support them until they join the batch.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and social media.

Counsel prospective students about Guru 360’s digital marketing courses, modules, fees, and career outcomes.

Conduct need-analysis conversations to understand students’ career goals and recommend the right course.

Follow up with leads regularly to increase engagement and conversions.

Maintain lead status and update all interactions in CRM systems.

Assist students during the enrollment process: documentation, payment, batch selection, and onboarding.

Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure smooth admission and after-enrollment support.

Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to institute growth.

Participate in webinars, demo sessions, and offline counseling events if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counselor / Education Counselor / Academic Counselor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).

Ability to guide, motivate, and influence students to make informed career decisions.

Good understanding of B2C counseling and student engagement.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided).

Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Goal-oriented and comfortable working with monthly targets.
