Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions (online & offline), guiding students through practical assignments, and ensuring they gain strong hands-on skills required for industry jobs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules such as:

SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)

Google Ads / PPC

Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Content Marketing
-
WordPress & Website Basics
-
Email Marketing
-
Google Analytics / GA4
-
Affiliate Marketing
-
ORM & Branding
-

Train students using real industry projects, tools, and case studies.

Create lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments for each module.

Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Support students during internships, project work, and job preparation.

Work closely with the academic team to ensure smooth training delivery and student satisfaction.

Conduct mock interviews, doubt sessions, and career guidance sessions.

Participate in webinars, workshops, and events organized by the institute.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (industry or teaching).

Strong hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Analytics, and major tools.

Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Experience working on live campaigns or managing clients is a strong advantage.

Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot preferred (not mandatory).

Ability to manage class engagement and maintain high training quality.
